Pricing & Payment Options

How much does a custom full-grain luxury handbag cost?

Prices start at $700 for smaller bags. Medium and larger sizes are priced higher depending on customization. Complimentary U.S. shipping is included on orders over $1,000.

Do you offer payment plans?

You can choose the option that works best for you:

  • Pay in Full: Complete your purchase at checkout.
  • 50% Deposit: Place an order over the phone, pay half up front, and the balance before shipping.
  • Shop Pay Installments: Split your purchase into manageable payments at checkout.

Materials & Craftsmanship

What type of leather do you use?

Full-Grain, Vegetable-Tanned Leather: We use only the highest grade of leather, naturally tanned with tree bark and plants. It is incredibly durable and develops a rich, unique patina over time.

Premium Suede Lining: Every interior is finished with soft, velvety suede for an elegant feel.

High-Quality Metal Hardware: Our hardware is solid, durable, and chosen for its timeless style.

Who makes the bags?
Each handbag is architecturally designed and handcrafted by me in my Georgia studio. By maintaining total control over the structural design and manufacturing, I ensure every piece meets my standards for luxury and durability.

Design Protection & Originality

Are your handbag designs protected?
Yes. All custom handbag designs created and sold by Danielle Royal LLC are protected under a pending United States patent application. Our designs are original, proprietary, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written authorization.

Fit & Everyday Use

Will my phone or laptop fit?

Dimensions for each bag are listed on the product page. If you’re unsure, Customer Support will be happy to confirm if your device will fit.

Are the straps comfortable to wear?

Yes. Whether you are wearing one of our crossbody designs or a satchel, each strap is engineered to distribute weight evenly for all day comfort. Orders & Customization

How does the customization process work? 

We use a simple 3-step process to create your bespoke piece:

  1. Select Your Silhouette: Choose from our signature architectural designs.
  2. Pick Your Palette: Choose your hand-painted colors.
  3. Configure Your Straps: Select the strap length and style that fits your life.

How do I place an order?

Choose the option that suits you best: Direct Checkout online, Phone Order at (678) 310-4888, or book a Virtual Appointment.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an initial email after placing your order.
Once payment details are approved (1–3 business days), a second confirmation email will follow.

Can I request a custom size?

Yes, custom sizes are available. A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required. Custom sizes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What customization options are available?

You can personalize my exclusive architectural designs in the following ways:

  • Select from our hand-painted color palette
  • Choose your configuration of removable straps and handles.
  • Add or remove interior pockets
  • Select your preferred hardware finish
  • Choose your size: small, medium, or large

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

Every bag is made to order. Please allow 2–6 weeks for your bag to be crafted and for the hand-painted details to cure properly.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary UPS shipping within the U.S. To ensure your order arrives safely, a Signature is Required upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

I want you to have a handbag you love. For hand-painted designs with custom colors, there is a 14-day return window as long as the handbag is unused and in its original condition.

What items are Final Sale?

Handbags crafted in a specific custom size or those featuring monogramming are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What if my handbag is damaged?

If your handbag arrives with any damage, I will repair or replace it for you free of charge. Please reach out to me at (678) 310-4888 or email support@danielleroyal.com.
