The Artisan Process

Every Danielle Royal handbag is a Bespoke creation, made to order in full-grain leather. I hand-paint each piece to your specific color requests and finish details, ensuring every bag is a unique, one-of-one item.

Crafting Timeline

Quality takes time. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your bag to be crafted and the hand-painted details to cure properly. Orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday).

How will my package be shipped?

All bags are shipped exclusively via UPS. To ensure your order arrives safely, a Signature is Required upon delivery. We offer complimentary shipping within the U.S.

When will my package arrive?

Once the crafting process is complete, shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information as soon as your package is with UPS.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us immediately.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We require a physical signature, and UPS does not deliver to them; therefore, we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our Guarantee

 I want you to have a handbag you love. For my hand-painted designs where you have customized the colors, there is a 14-day return window as long as the handbag is unused and in its original condition. If you need to initiate a return, please call me at (678) 310-4888 or email support@danielleroyal.com.

Final Sale Handbags

Handbags that have been made in a specific custom size or include monogramming are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Returns & Damages

Damaged Items: If a product is damaged upon arrival, I will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact me at (678) 310-4888 or email support@danielleroyal.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Change of Mind: For eligible returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items will not be accepted after the 14-day window.
